Cancellation Policy
For all services, we require a 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. There is a 10 minute grace period for all appointments. YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELED AT THE 11 minute. Please call 346-347-9954 if you are going to be late. Same day cancellations and rescheduled appointments will result in being charged 50% of your booked services. If you no call, no show to any appointment you will be unable to rebook. If you can not make your appointment please call and cancel.
